We have a team of Care Workers who are all trained to the highest standard, hold a valid Care Certificate and are DBS checked. They also receive ongoing training throughout the year to ensure our Service Users have confidence with the tailored care they are receiving.

Our Registered Manager is qualified in QCF Leadership, Health and Social Care, level 5. She also has previous experience as a Care Worker so therefore has hands on knowledge and background in the care environment.
Our Aim
Our aim is to deliver a service of personal care and associated domestic services to meet the needs of Service Users in their own home environment.
This will be achieved by promoting a standard of excellence which embraces fundamental principles of Good Care Practice that is witnessed and evaluated through the practice, conduct and control of quality care in the domestic environment.
We will support Service Users and their family in maintaining a dignified and independent lifestyle.

All our Care Workers have a disclosure barring service / criminal record check (DBS ) carried out before they are recruited by Cared4.
No one will ever come to your home without a valid DBS certificate.
CQC registered and dedicated to the quality of our service
We are registered with the Care and Quality Commission (CQC). They are the independent regulator of all health and social care services in England.
They monitor, inspect and regulates all care services to make sure they meet fundamental standards of quality and safety.
