Our care packages are tailored to each individuals needs and requirements.

Each Service Users values are respected in matters of religion, culture, race or ethnic origin, sexuality, status, disabilities and impairments.

Care workers trained to the highest standard

Our team of Care Workers are all trained to the highest standard and either hold or are working towards a valid Care Certificate.

They are also checked and receive ongoing training throughout the year.  Together we work as a team that respects each other and know we can deliver excellent care and service.

Fully DBS checked and constantly monitored

All our Care Workers have a  disclosure barring service / criminal record check (DBS ) carried out before they are recruited by Cared4.

No one will ever come to your home without a valid DBS certificate.

CQC registered and dedicated to the quality of our service

We are registered with the Care and Quality Commission (CQC). They are the independent regulator of all health and social care services in England.

They monitor, inspect and regulates all care services to make sure they meet fundamental standards of quality and safety.

We treat our clients as if they are our own family

We follow the CQC principle and treat our Service Users as if they were our Mum or Dad.

We are inspected by the CQC and their findings are published.
